iAccess Wellness is a software specially designed by iAccess developers for the complete management of gyms, sports centers, swimming pools, etc.
Flexibility and compatibility
iAccess Wellness is completely in Italian, very simple and intuitive, compatible with all Windows operating systems.
Structuring of your own sports center
iAccess Wellness provides for the registration of the logo and data relating to your sports center and the inclusion of all available disciplines and related subscriptions.
Complete management
Scheduled subscriptions, Subscriptions and Certificates, with custom rate cards For each subscription it is possible to plan which disciplines will be accessible and their possible customized rates.
It is also possible to manage registrations to your own sports center by registering the registration fees. If the amounts are also recorded, the program will display the reminders for payments and allow easy management.
Detailed detailed user ID cards (requires a Webcam)
User registration is simple and complete. When a subscriber logs in, iAccess Wellness will open a pop-up window (configurable) that disappears automatically with data relating to your subscription, possible deadlines and your photo.
Access history accessible
The operator will be able to consult the accesses made by each user and eventually modify them and add them manually.
Possibility of implementing a secondary monitor with information for the user If a secondary monitor is available, when accessing the center, the user can view the deadlines of his subscription and any personal communications, advertisements, etc. (requires a secondary monitor facing the public)
Reports and statistics
iAccess Wellness provides various types of printing (subscription cards, daily report, receipts for payments, statistics, etc.) with logo and information of your center. It is also possible to export information on EXCEL format subscribers for purposes outside of iAccess Wellness at any time.

At the first access each day, an emergency copy of the archive in use will be created.
