The new Safescan TA-8000 series combines the latest technology with an intuitive user interface, more means of identification and maximum flexibility. Along with the software included Safescan TA, it is all you need for an efficient and accurate detection of the presence of your employees.
It can happen that the cards and pin codes are lost, forgotten or "swapped." That is why the presence of systems in time based on biometric data are the future, without risk and without "stampings of favor among friends"
The Safescan TA-8020 operates with optical fingerprint recognition and recognizes individual employees without any problem. Employees simply mark the start and end of the shift in the TA-8020 terminal by placing your finger on the fingerprint scanner.
The data is available in real time via the Ethernet network connection and can be managed with the Safescan Time Attendance software supplied. Thanks to simple reporting functions, the evaluation of the frequency and timetable of employees is easier than ever. The function of the Labour Code allows you to see what projects he worked on his staff. Work codes can also be used to record special events, such as physician visits, business trips, sick leave and other user-defined events.
As an added benefit, the overview of the real-time presence allows you to print a report for fire emergency call at any time, ensuring greater safety for employees.
