iAccess i985 is a time stamping machine that detects presences with biometric access control (fingerprint) and RFID technology, suitable to be installed quickly in any company.
Through their digital fingerprint or the supplied RFID badge, the worker can mark their entries and exits from the workplace, or using the personal password assigned to them.
The i985 biometric stamping machine is supplied with the exclusive TimeStudio® worker time management software (No User Restrictions, Unlimited License and No Additional Fees), thanks to which it is possible to monitor passages, schedules, delays and absences of personnel, through few and simple clicks.
If your infrastructure requires it, the iAccess i985 stamping machine can be installed together with other terminals, for simultaneous coverage of multiple entry / exit points, and TimeStudio® single station management.
iAccess i985 has a standard warranty of 2 years, with the possibility of extension to 3 or 5 years.

After installing the stamping machine on the wall (using dowels and bracket supplied), the iAccess i985 must be powered by electricity (power supply is included) and connected to the company LAN if available.
By following a few and brief steps, using the supplied TimeStudio® software it is necessary to create the profiles of the individual employees, and then upload them to the stamping machine via LAN or USB stick.
Once this is done, the biometric time stamp iAccess i985 can recognize workers and record the steps.

The TimeStudio® employee attendance management software, through the User-Friendly interface, offers a series of tools for managing reports for hours, absences, holidays and shifts.
Through a few steps you can acquire, and possibly print, the reports of each individual user or of an entire department.
If your organization does not have a LAN, it is still possible to manually download / upload the data via USB memory connected to the device.
