iAccess i980 is a time stamping machine that detects presences with access control equipped with RFID technology, suitable for any organization and can be installed in no time.
Employees, by simply approaching their personal RFID badge, can mark the entrances and exits from the workplace, or use the password assigned to them via the keyboard.
Thanks to the exclusive employee attendance management software including TimeStudio® (No User Restrictions, Unlimited Licenses and No Additional Fees), it is possible to monitor all personnel check-in times and schedules, with just a few clicks.
The iAccess i980 time stamping machine can be used together with other terminals, for simultaneous coverage of multiple entry / exit points, with a single step report on a single database.
iAccess i980 has a standard warranty of 2 years with the possibility of extension to 3 or 5 years.

How do I install and configure the iAccess i980 time stamp?
Once the wall terminal is installed (using simple plugs and bracket supplied), the iAccess i980 needs to be powered by electricity (the power supply is included) and connected to the company LAN if possible.
With very few and short steps, you need to create employee profiles using TimeStudio® software and upload them to your device either via a LAN / WiFi network or via USB flash drive.
At this point, the iAccess i980 time slot terminal is able to recognize users and record their entry and exit time stamps.
How do I get information about the attendance of my employees?
The TimeStudio presence management software provides a simple interface for reporting management. With just a few clicks it is possible to obtain and eventually print the reports of a single user or an entire department.
If you do not have a LAN, you can still download / upload data manually, via USB Pen Drive connected to the device.

Get detailed reports on the attendance of each employee
