The magnetometer FPID 2100 is equipped with a patented lens system of identification (TID ™ - Target Identification System) designed to save time in the excavation, especially in hard ground or in the presence of snow and frost.

FPID 2100 is able to effectively identify the valves and curbs up to about 3 meters (9 feet) deep, manholes up to about 2.5 meters (8 feet) and nails up to about 25 cm (14 ").

FPID is able to distinguish between a manhole and a closed iron valve.
