The new Safescan TA-8000 series combines the latest technology with an intuitive user interface, more means of identification and maximum flexibility. Along with the software included Safescan TA, it is all you need for an efficient and accurate detection of the presence of your employees.
Regardless of whether it has the permanent staff or especially part-time employees with the Safescan TA-8010 you now know which employees have stamped the entry and exit and at what time they did.
This efficient and compact time attendance system is suitable for all companies and can be installed in an instant!
Employees simply mark the start and end of turn supporting their RFID card in front of the TA-8010 terminal.
The data is available in real time via the Ethernet network (LAN) and can be managed with the Safescan Time Attendance software supplied. Thanks to simple reporting functions, the evaluation of the frequency and timetable of employees is easier than ever. The function of the Labour Code allows you to see what projects your staff has worked. Work codes can also be used to record special events, such as physician visits, business trips, sick leave and other user-defined events.
As an added benefit, the overview of the real-time presence allows you to print a report for fire emergency call at any time, ensuring greater safety for employees.
