For those who want to combine the passion of detectoring and birdwatching, GARRETT has launched the special ACE APEX edition signed by the famous television personality known for the reality show A&E Duck Dynasty J. Robertson Edition.
Description
The set includes the metal detector with the brand new 8.5 "x11" DD Rider with the respective plate cover and the Duck Commander whistle with lanyard. The Camo-effect coating made for this detector is the ideal design for low-vegetation hikes and being at one with nature.
The technology that makes the GARRETT ACE APEX more performing is the innovative Multi-Flex simultaneous multifrequency technology that offers performances unimaginable until now for detectors in its price range.
More depth, more reactivity, more versatility and an incredible ability to discriminate and manage the most difficult terrains.

What are the advantages of a Metal Detector with Simultaneous Multifrequency?
Common mono-frequency metal detectors transmit, receive and analyze signals using, as it is easy to guess, a single frequency, chosen by the manufacturer based on the particular characteristics that are to be given to the model.
Detectors oriented to finding large objects will most likely use a low frequency (3-5 kHz) while, for example, coin finders will have an intermediate frequency (7-15 kHz) or even specific search machines some small gold nuggets will have a high frequency (30-60 kHz).
Some recently built detectors allow the user to choose one of a set of frequencies (usually 3 or 4, between low, intermediate and high), in order to optimize the instrument according to specific needs. These detectors are usually called Multi-frequency.
Their limit lies in the fact that it will be the responsibility of the seeker to choose the most suitable frequency, but it is not then possible to know which types of targets are buried in the ground.
Here the best solution is given to us by the detectors that use a Simultaneous Multifrequency! These machines are able to transmit, receive and analyze 2 or more (up to tens!) Frequencies SIMULTANEOUSLY!
The buried targets will then be analyzed from both low, intermediate and high frequencies, in a completely automatic, fast and efficient way, thus providing the best detection and identification of objects compared to mono or multi-frequency models.
In addition, the Simultaneous Multifrequencies will be able to excellently reduce the disturbances of mineralization, both ferrous and saline.
