DESCRIPTION

BH-01 are the first bone conduction headphones made for metal detection.

Made in France by XP, IP68 waterproof, you can dive with your DEUS II up to 20m deep.

When using regular waterproof headphones underwater, the ear fills with water and hearing is often impaired. The BH-01 headphones are placed in front of the ears on the cheekbone and transmits sound to the inner ear directly through vibrations applied to the bones, without straining the eardrums. Your ears are then free.

With the BH-01 bone conduction headphones you can dive with earplugs to avoid infections or simply to better isolate yourself from noise. You will thus hear the sound perfectly by bone conduction and at the same time you will protect your ears. Warning: When diving, only use dedicated earplugs that allow for pressure equalization, never use standard earplugs as they may damage your ear while diving.

You can also use the BH-01 headphones for research out of the water, with the freedom of being able to listen to what surrounds you or, on the contrary, isolate yourself from noisy environments, always with earplugs.

The BH-01 headphones also allow deaf people to hear the vibrations generated by the targets towards the cochlea, or simply the vibrations depending on the type of hearing impairment. Adjusting the audio frequencies downwards (from 100 to 300 Hz) may further improve perception depending on the disturbance.
